How does becoming an Airriva Lodging Partner work?So, you’ve taken the first step by contacting Airriva; what happens now? Our Owner Relation team works with you to understand your wants and needs as an Airriva Lodging Partner. They evaluate your property, project its earning potential, set you up with a plan, and then get to work on making you your monthly earnings. Our smooth onboarding process makes your life simple. We list your property on all of the top STR sites and cater to all guest needs. Our dedicated staff in each market ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of your property. We follow up with all guests to learn from every experience and make sure they come back. We take the hassle out of hosting and the guessing out of guesting.

Are there limitations on how often I may use my home?Not a chance! It is your home. We do ask that you honor current reservations or give us ample warning to request a guest move. You are welcome to reserve your listing for personal stays. All you have to do is contact your Owner Relations Manager with the dates and we’ll take care of the rest.

How much are Airriva property management fees?Our fees vary depending on the type of contract that best suits your personal needs. Our dedicated Owner Relations team will work with you to determine how to best reach your goals as an Airriva Lodging Partner.

Our Guest Experience team is available round the clock to promptly answer any question a guest may have before, during, and after their stay. We ensure every room is fully stocked with amenities prior to arrival and touch base once guests have arrived to ensure they have everything they need for their stay. After their stay, we reach out to guests to ensure their experience was up to our 5-star standard and request a review. If anything was not to their liking, we communicate with our team to continually improve and ensure future guest satisfaction.
